Refund Policy

TL;DR — 7-day, no-questions-asked refund.
If you watch less than 20% of any paid course within 7 days of purchase, email us at support@careerpreep.com and we will refund 100%.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your original purchase.
- You have completed less than 20% of the lessons in the course (the system tracks this).
- You have not violated our Terms & Conditions (e.g., content sharing, screen-recording).
2. How to request
Email support@careerpreep.com from the email address used to purchase, with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the course name and date of purchase.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Stripe may take additional time depending on your card issuer.
4. Non-refundable cases
- Requests submitted after 7 days from purchase.
- Courses where 20% or more of lessons have been completed.
- Accounts found to have violated Terms (content sharing, chargebacks).
- Free courses (no payment was made).
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge directly with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your account.
