1. Who we are

CareerCourse (“we”, “us”, “CC”) is the IT & Web track of careerpreep.com, operating at web.careerpreep.com. This policy explains what data we collect from learners and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, profile photo (if you sign in with Google), and password hash (handled by Firebase Auth, never stored by us).
  • Learning data — enrolled courses, lesson progress, completion status.
  • Payment data — we never store your card. Stripe handles all payments. We store payment session IDs and amounts for receipt purposes.
  • Communication preferences — whether you opted in to marketing emails.

3. How we use your data

  • Deliver the course platform and your enrolled lessons.
  • Send transactional emails (welcome, enrollment confirmation, payment receipts, lesson reminders).
  • Send marketing emails only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Aggregate, anonymized analytics to improve courses.

4. Service providers we use

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication and database.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Bunny Stream — video delivery.
  • Hostinger SMTP — email delivery.
  • Vercel — hosting.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing support@careerpreep.com. Account deletion is permanent and removes your access to enrolled courses.

6. Cookies

We use cookies only for session management (keeping you signed in). We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

CareerCourse is intended for users 13 years and older.
